I'm reluctant to go to that domain.

Maybe I'm a pessimist.

Yeah I uhhhh... am not too sure about the quality of this particular domain. If I could read it or access the page without multiple levels of pop-ups I'd be very interested in this contest.

EDIT EDIT EDIT

Wrong domain name. Ugh. People putting up news at GuildWars.com need to check that.

It's Guild-Wars2.info (notice the dash), it looks like it's being hosted by the German Elite Fansite - Guild Wars Info i.e. http://gw.onlinewelten.com/

Legit.

The correct domain, if you are typing it in versus just clicking on the link is www.guild-wars2.info and redirects to http://gw2.onlinewelten.com/

I posted on their forums to ask some questions such as who is eligible for the contest (US, just Europe, just Germany, etc.) and if they can be in English. I'll let you all know the response.

My limited German reading skills make out that the subject is the 200 years between EotN and GW2 - whether a hero, a farm girl or about the mysterious inventions of an Asura scholar.

"The vote over the entries will run internally, however we will publish regularly your entries."

Hopefully, it is open to all, as it was posted on the English-speaking guildwars.com website

EDIT: due to reading their forum - "Submissions must be in German" - see post #27

I was interested, but realized I didn't know enough German to bother figuring it out.

And now I regret not focusing more on learning german. As this sounds very interesting to do! Aw well, sucks. Although one could always use a translator and get tons of "wtf" posts that they won't be able to understand.

All right, response from the good folks at Guild Wars Info:

The contest is only open for Germany right now and submissions must be in German. If it opens up that there is a possibility for shipment to other places they'll let us know!
